For 2021/22 we brought back a fan favorite! You decide if you or someone else has been Naughty or Nice? We roasted these coffees identically and only changed the drop temperature between the two. Our Nice Natural will offer more fruit and be more in line with the Constellation Coffee portfolio while our Naughty Natural takes it a bit darker, which might appeal to you if you are a fan of more traditional roasts that are commercially available. We recommend trying both! With only 15 degrees separating both these coffees we think you will enjoy the contrast in color, smell and most importantly...FLAVOR!
Nariño is the southwestern-most department in Colombia along the border with Ecuador, with one of its main boundaries being the Pacific Ocean. The climate here is unusual even in a place as geographically diverse as Colombia: Dry, rugged terrain and dramatic slopes and valleys create conditions that boost the big, sparkling, and juicy quality of the coffees. Warm, humid air collects in the lowlands during the day and creeps up the mountainside at night, which allows coffee to thrive much higher than commonly thought possible, all the way up to 2,300 meters.
Please allow 2-3 days for fulfillment as each order is roasted fresh
